the delivery time may range from 1 week to 3 months, depending on the complexity of the piece and my workload

I dont allow my artwork to be used for NFT purposes or AI training

the client cannot claim the artwork as their own, modify it, or resell it

I reserve the right to decline any commission that makes me uncomfortable or that I am unable to fulfill

full refunds will only be issued if I haven’t started the sketch

all payments must be made upfront

I will need your PayPal email for make the invoice

If you need the artwork by a specific deadline, please inform me during the request. A rush fee will apply

complex designs may incur an additional cost. Other elements, such as accessories or small details, will not have extra fees unless I decide otherwise

copyright: as the artist, I retain the copyright of all artwork I produce. This includes using it as part of my portfolio, self-promotion, or posting it on social media (if you prefer your commission to remain private, please let me know during the ordering process)

personal use: commissioned pieces may be used as profile pictures, wallpapers, or printed, as long as proper credit is given to me

commercial use: if the artwork will be used to generate profit (e.g., merchandise, promotions, streaming platforms), an additional fee of 50% of the base price will apply

up to 2 minor revisions are allowed during the process (e.g., details missed in the original request)

Additional changes will cost extra.I wont fix errors caused by unclear references provided by the client

once the artwork is completed, I will send a digital file without a watermark

You are free to share it on social media or other platforms as long as you do not claim it as your own
